A packed season of events across London marks the Chinese New Year 2010, the Year of the Tiger, which falls on 14 February. The main London Chinatown Chinese Association celebration takes place in Trafalgar Square, where two groups from China will perform dance, music and acrobatics after an official opening ceremony. Illuminating Hadrian's Wall
Hundreds of people from across the country and overseas will have the chance to take part in a once in a lifetime event this year when around 500 individual points of light placed at 250 metre intervals will be used to light up the Wall to mark the route of the 84 mile long Hadrian’s Wall Path National Trail.
